Frequently asked questions

Coveryou hire cars come with insurance coverage and roadside assistance. No upfront payments are required, but customers should know they are responsible for these expenses, including tolls, infringements, and damage claim excesses.
We'll arrange transport to pick you up and drop you off when you collect your replacement vehicle, and again once your own car's ready — we'll get you back to the repairer to collect it. Either way, you won't be inconvenienced or out of pocket.
